Your fundraising campaign should
occur without problems. However, if an issue should arise
that is not resolved through usual means, Healthdome.net
will work diligently to settle disputes through our Campaign
Complaint Process. The great advantages of making purchases
by clicking through Healthdome.net is that each affiliate is reputable and has an active Buyer Protection Policy of
their own that is in place to help consumers.
Communication
We encourage buyers to initiate communication with
sellers if they have a problem with a transaction.
If there is an issue with the Campaign we encourage
Members and Sponsors to initiate communication with the
Campaign Manager. Through open communication, many disputes can be
resolved amicably. In cases where communication does not
resolve a problem, you may file a claim through the
Campaign Complaint Process.
How It Works
Once you file a claim, Healthdome.net will investigate the case
and attempt to come to a fair resolution. If our
investigation determines that you are owed money by the
seller, we will make every effort to recover funds for
you. Buyers who pay for items with PayPal, MasterCard,
Visa, Discover and American Express are automatically
covered by those companies policies. We will try to complete our investigation and
attempt compel
any reimbursement within 30 days from the date the Buyer
Complaint Form is filed.
Campaign
Complaint Requirements
In order for a transaction to be eligible for Campaign
Complaint Process review there are a few requirements.
1. You must be a
Registered Member or Sponsor.
2. You must have
"clicked-through" the Healthdome.net website to
initiate your transaction with us or one of one of our
Merchants.
3. You must have tried to
resolve matter with the Campaign Leader or directly with
the Merchant.
4. You must file a claim within 30 days of payment.
5. Your purchase must be a tangible item. Services
and intangible items, such as emailed recipes and
e-books, are not covered.
6. Fill out the Complaint
Form with as much information as possible.
