Half Back or Quarter Back
In this day and age of
information, most of us, in general, know what's good for us and what's
not. So let's keep it simple. We're not
fooling anyone. It is just very hard to eat in
moderation when our modern world is full of excess. So,
think in moderation. Instead of four tea spoons of
sugar in coffee or on cereal, have two. Then have
half of that a couple weeks later. And so on. Soon
you will wean yourself off of it without even missing it.
This method of Half-Back can be applied to all of the less healthy types
of foods that
you eat while replacing them with healthy foods. If
Half-Back is too hard for you, use the Quarter-Back
method. Simply take a full portion and put a
Quarter-Back! If you
