Fundraising Fakes!
Be
careful of fundraising programs that claim to be healthy
or have healthy products, but actually, are not.
Read the labels. If labels are not available, be even
more cautious. Sugars and fats get disguised in many
ways. There are many terms known as "feel-gooders", that
mask the bad stuff and are meant to disarm us. So watch
what you are buying carefully.
Although occasional snacking on sweets is not harmful,
making a claim that
sugar or
fat abundant food is healthy is just plain dishonest.
This advertising deception is one reason why sugar abuse
has risen to epidemic proportions. Here are a couple

snacks".
