Auto-Ship FAQ

1. What is Auto-Ship?  Similar to a book club, with "Auto-Ship", you'll automatically and conveniently receive a new supply of your product every month, for as long as you'd like. Your shipments are sent monthly and timed perfectly to arrive at your door just a few days before you run out of your current supply.  Most customers take advantage of the complimentary "Auto-Ship" Service.  This means you'll never miss a single important dosage.

2. Why do you offer Auto-Ship?  Once you see how effective the products are, each manufacturer is confident you will want to continue using it. To get the full benefit, each product should be taken regularly for a few months.  When your first order runs out, fresh supplies should always be on hand. As an incentive, some manufacturers give their best pricing to their Auto-Ship customers.  Many customers prefer to take advantage of wholesale and discounted prices by using Auto-Ship Services. So for convenience and pricing we offer Auto-Ship.

3. Can I order without being on an Auto-Ship Program? Yes. Most manufacturers have this option.  For those who do not, the best thing to do is place the order on Auto-Ship, try the product, and if your not completely satisfied simply cancel the Auto-Ship.  There is no problem with this.

4. Can I change the date of my Auto-Ship?  Absolutely! Any time you need to change your ship date, just get in touch with the manufacturer.

5. What if I want to skip a month of Auto-Ship? No problem at all.  Any time you need to skip a month just get in touch with the manufacturer.

6. How do I cancel the Auto-Ship Program?  If you have been on the Auto-Ship for a while, you can discontinue the Auto-Ship Program before the next order is processed.  Check with each manufacturer for their cut-off dates.  Once an Auto-Ship order has been sent, it is usually not refundable.  If you have a concern, check with the manufacturer.  On your first order, at any time before the trial period ends and before the Auto-Ship order is processed, you may cancel your Auto-Ship Program and not receive the next month's supply.
