Campaign FAQ

  1. How will I know the progress of our campaign? We use technology to keep it simple for you. Healthdome tracks every sale in our database and issues reports to keep you informed.

  2. How long before my group gets our money? The validation process will be complete within fifteen (15) business days from when the redemption form is submitted.  Checks are sent out on Tuesday and Thursday of each week via FedEx, that way you should get them on Wednesday or Friday.  If you wish, you can get funds through PayPal instead of getting checks.  That is much quicker.  Hint: If you register each sale as you get them, rather than waiting until you submit for redemption, the validation period is considerably shorter.

  3. How much is my sponsorship worth? The sponsorship amounts vary for each campaign. The dollar amounts and specific needs are identified by each group and goals are set.  The way the value of sponsorship is calculated and described in the "Programs" section.

  4. How can you afford to pay out so much for some of the products? We're not greedy.  Healthdome.net is providing an opportunity for people to gain from their own efforts.  We're keeping enough for our business investments and expenses, then passing along the rest. We count on your loyalty to our program to purchase with click-thru's to our Merchants long after your campaign has been completed and come back to us with each fundraising campaign.

  5. What is a click-thru? Anytime you are at our website and click from our website to another to purchase an item.

  6. What's the advantage of shopping on line in your Merchant sections? The most current programs, specials and discounts are available 24/7/365, which gives the flexibility to shop and save when ever it is convenient to you.

  7. What is Campaign Value?  The total sum of everything you get from your program.  It is the total of cash, specific needs, incentives and charity.

  8. What are Bonus Bucks?  For every promotion sold the individual member of the Campaign who sold it will receive five dollars per promotion.

  9. What kind of Awards are given to Campaign Members?  The awards are based on top sales and vary depending on the theme of your fundraising campaign.  The awards will be listed in your welcome email after registration.

  10. Why do you give away raffle prizes? They give those who do not receive an award the chance to get something in return for their effort.

  11. What if I make a click through purchase before I register for a campaign? Not to worry.  If it is within the active period of the campaign, send us a fax or email and we will credit the campaign.
