Shipping FAQ

  1. How do I get free shipping? For some of the products we feature you may sign up with FreeShipping.com. Just complete your purchase and look for the special link on the order confirmation page.

  2. Does FreeShipping.com actually send my merchandise for free? You can receive a rebate for your Shipping and Handling charges (up to $10) directly from FreeShipping.com!

  3. What benefits does FreeShipping.com offer?  They offer a Free, 30-day Trial, Up to $500 in Free Shipping rebates per year, Automatic Double Manufacturers Warranty, Member's Only Discounts and $1,000 in Automatic Price Protection for online purchases.

  4. How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges vary from manufacturer depending on their local and yours, while some just have a flat fee for a particular product.  Some offer overnight service.  Check it out on each website when you order.  If you order product from Healthdome.net we will let you know the charges ahead of time.

  5. Where do you ship from? Since the companies we use for Campaign Products are based in the United States, as we are, that is where we ship from.  Each manufacturer will ship to locations in the United States and some to Canada.

  6. Do you ship internationally?  Yes, we ship to most countries.  For all locations that our Manufacturers do not ship to, we receive products for you and take care of the shipping directly.  This would apply to retail sales.  For some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft, in U.S. DOLLARS, in advance.  Depending on the order, there will be additional shipping and handling charges.   7. What do you charge for international shipping and handling? For most smaller orders, regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is approximately $25.00 (USD). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs approximately $45.00 (USD). Courier delivery is available for some countries and costs approximately $50.00 to $100.00 (USD) To inquire about your country specifically or for larger orders, please go to the Help Desk.

  8. How long before my international order arrives?  Most international orders are delivered in 10 days. Please note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.

  9. What happens if my order does not clear customs? If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee of 25% plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.

  10. Will I be charged a customs fee or tax? Most countries charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for this cost.  Check with your local governing agency.
