You will be issued a secure password. This will allow us to secure your account in our system. Never share your Healthdome.net password. Our representatives or members of a campaign should never ask you for your password. All password transactions, problems or inquiries should be through our website Customer Service Help Desk or Security Center. If you believe someone has learned your password, please request a change immediately by contacting us.

Email

When you are a member, Healthdome.net will never send an email with the greeting "Dear Healthdome.net User" or "Dear Healthdome.net Member." Real Healthdome.net emails will address you by your first and last name or the group name associated with your Campaign.

If you believe you have received a fraudulent email, please forward the entire email, including the header information, to security@healthdome.net.  We investigate every spoof reported.

Don't share personal information via email.  We will never ask you to enter your password or financial information in an email or send such information in an email. You should only share information about your Campaign on our secure website noted by the "s" in https://healthdome.net/.
