We at Healthdome.net want you to be satisfied. All of the products we promote through this website are through merchants who offer very reasonable return policies and guarantees.  We will assist any customer, through our Help Desk, with the honoring of any guarantee related to the Campaign.

Healthdome.net may require "proof of commitment" that our program logo "Fundraising the Healthy Way" is on literature distributed by the Campaign, on posters for the Campaign or T-shirts, or some other form of marketing as approved by Healthdome.net, either through first-person observation by a Healthdome.net representative or through photographs, within ten (10) days prior to target date for Campaign Funding. Failure to supply proof of commitment as described herein above may void the Sponsorship Agreement.

A Sponsorship Recipient will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Healthdome.net,  its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated corporations and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, government proceedings, and all costs of expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs of suit arising out of any personal injuries or claims in connection with any activities of Sponsorship Recipient.  Healthdome.net may terminate the Sponsorship Agreement if the Sponsorship Recipient engages in conduct or commits an act which would, whether or not in public knowledge, endanger the good name or reputation of Healthdome.net, or cast Healthdome.net in an unfavorable light, or in any way bring Healthdome.net into disrepute, anywhere in the world, including, without limitation, conduct or acts which, in the United States would be a felony, a crime of moral turpitude, a crime involving drugs or sexual misconduct, a violation of laws for the protection of minors, or civil fraud. In the event that the Sponsorship Recipient is unable to fulfill the obligations of the Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsorship Agreement is void. In the event of a voided Sponsorship Agreement between Healthdome.net and the Sponsorship Recipient, the Sponsorship Recipient must return all products, if any, given by Healthdome.net as incentives or free tools.  If products are no longer in like-new condition, sponsorship recipient must pay the full retail price of all materials received.  The Sponsorship Recipient shall provide accurate data in order to be a part of our Fundraising Programs, through the online forms.

Many publications, articles and/or reports are copyrighted material, the use of which has not been specifically authorized by the copyright owner.
